Gin Whore!

Sorry for not blogging for ages I've been drinking a LOT of Gin as research for some new products we have producing.  We are lucky enough to have the Fabulous Gin Festival as a new customer and have been designing merchandise for their amazing sell out events all over the UK!  Who knew gin could be so varied and also so yummy! I feel I need further research as I've just started work on Christmas..... YEP THE C WORD!!  Bring me that bottle!

Our Mug Blog

Its been a while since I had a chance to blog - been dead busy with Christmas and new stuff for the New Year so haven't had a chance to show some of the fabulous photos of our products which our loyal customers have sent in.  If you haven't seen it already check out our blog http://geordiesgeetaboot.blogspot.co.uk/  basically our mugs are photographed all over the world.  Its fab and never ceases to amaze me where they are taken.  We've had photos from the Panama Canal, Bora Bora, All over Australia and even up the CN Tower!! Love it!  Hope your all getting sorted for Christmas........

Wotmalike New Christmas Cards 14

Soooo all our fabulous Christmas cards have gone on sale on tinternet.  We are really happy with this range and the paper stock they are printed on.  They are original and fresh using hand drawn fonts and bright colours whilst still being identifiable as our cards.  We HEART them......

New Biz card

So next week is a big big week for me and our biz. Presentations to big big buyers (Dragons Den and the Apprentice meets Geordie Shore)....  so I did a new biz card in honor usually I NEVER have them as I think they are a bit crap but thought as I should get some done.  I think they look fine without being corporate. Oooooh fingers xd it will all go well...

You shall have a fishy on a little dishy.... Managed to get something non work done this weekend - I made paper mache bowls, guilded them in gold leaf and did a little fishy illustration for each. They look lovely and it was great doing something with pens and paint for a change! Back to the coal face tomorrow X

Our lush Calm Doon Christmas mugs arrived today and they are lush - dead festive. Happy with those great day today another couple of new accounts (one really big one) so all is good!

Dead happy to be featured in the beautiful and stylish living North (November 2013 issue). I just love looking at the gorgeous houses and interiors just need to sell a few billion more cards and gifts and perhaps I could have one of them! 

Nice Mention on Card & Gift Blog this week!

Really pleased to be featured in the Card & Gift Blog this week - we are really amongst some great designers and companies.  Woohoo!  Very happy.  Strange finishing Christmas designs when its sooo hot outside - I'm honestly NOT complaining!

DEED HOT NORTH EAST CHILLI FESTIVAL

Next weekend 6th & 7th July is the North East Chilli Festival.  Its an amazing festival of food set in the grounds of a beautiful National Trust Property Seaton Delaval Hall. My biz partner Jane LOVES hot spicy food - and we are proud to say we are one of the few NON food producing businesses attending.  We NEVER do fares as we are primarily a wholesale business supplying shops, so this is very exciting for us.  I have done a North East Chilli Tea Towel in honor - its written in Geordie too!

Blaydon Races 2013

Our new Blaydon races merchandise has just gone on sale - we've got a lush tea towel which is only £5 INCL P&P (bargain) an a mug for £6.99 + P&P.  This year the artwork celebrates the annual Blaydon Race - running event - the event takes place on 9th June from the centre of Newcastle along the Scotswood Road to Blaydon!  Its always great to go and watch so if your up in Newcastle at this time go and see!

New Card Designs

 

Been busy lately - got a whole new product range coming out for the summer and 18 new card designs for all my different regions due in the shops next week.  Heres the new Baby Liver Bird cards for Liverpool! Will show more of the new ones when I get a mo!

Woo Hoo!! #doesalittledance

Great week this week.  First of all our new agent for Liverpool has been cooking on gas and has got us into 5 amazing stores AND the Tate Gallery Shop!! We are SOOOOO pleased as this is a huge deal for us!  Then the lovely Lisa Martin (fellow Geordie bird) put a little write up on her blog which is nice as I'm in good company along with some other lovely designers and illustrators.  click here
We had a meeting about products currently being designed which are all at various production stages - OMG we have 7 new products due to be launched before the end of the year.  No rest for the wicked!
